The fitness center includes Free Weights, Plate Loaded Equipment, Circuit Machines, and Cardio such as Treadmills, Elipticals, Bikes and Nustep.
The Group Exercise program is designed to meet every level. Each instructor is Nationally certified and trained to evaluate the class and offer modifications to the participant’s level. We offer morning and evening classes consisting of several class formats such as Insanity, PiYo, Strength Training, Kettle Bell, Yoga, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, and HIITs.
Our trainers can guide in Sports Specific Training, Functional Training, losing weight, changing your body composition and where ever your fitness goals want to take you.
